Zogno&Partners|LegalBoutique, based in Corte dei Roda no. 13, Vicenza (hereinfter “Zogno&Partners”), owner of the website www.legalboutiques.com (hereinfter “Site”), as the Controller (as defined in the GDPR) of the processing of the personal data of users who use this Site (hereinfter “Users”), recognizes the importance of the confidentiality and protection of such data recognized by the EU Regulation 679/2016 and the D.Lgs. 196/2003 as amended by D.Lgs. 101/2018 (hereinfter, collectively, “Applicable Regulation”) and considers them fundamental rights of the individual. It is therefore our primary objective to treat personal data according to strict principles of law and fairness, while ensuring, through this privacy policy, maximum transparency on the procedures and security measures taken.

Type of data processed

This Site, as well as the services offered through it, are reserved only to persons who are at least 18 years of age.

The data processed through this Site can be classified into two categories:

  • data provided voluntarily by the user by contacting Zogno&Partners directly using the means provided on the Site.
  • browsing data automatically collected by computer systems, such as the IP address of the User or the domain names of the connecting computer, the addresses Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation, the time of the request, the method used in forwarding the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response from the server (good end, error, etc.) the country of origin etc.

Legal basis of the treatment

Zogno&Partners treats your personal data in the following instances:

  • Treatment is necessary for the execution of a contract with you and/or the implementation of pre-contractual measures;
  • Treatment is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which Zogno&Partners is subject;

Purpose of processing personal data

The personal data of the Users voluntarily communicated (such as first name, last name, e-mail address etc.) will be used only for the pursuit of the purpose for which it was communicated.

These include sending newsletters; invitation to cultural and educational events; evaluation of applications received and requests for information.

In any case, Zogno&Partners reserves the right to process the personal data of the Users for the pursuit of “legitimate interests” of its own and third parties, such as, for example, the management of any disputes, litigation, complaints as well as to comply with applicable law and regulations.

Please note that the communication of personal data, however optional, in certain situations is an essential condition for the full and satisfactory execution of what you requested.

The retention period of personal data is related to the achievement of the purpose for which it was provided, unless otherwise provided by the Applicable Regulation. When the treatment is based on your consent, Zogno&Partners may retain your personal data for longer until that consent is revoked. At the end of the retention period, your personal data will be deleted. Therefore, at the end of that period, the right to access, cancel, rectify and the right to port the same can no longer be exercised.

Personal data can be processed through both paper and computer archives (including portable devices), but in any case with due attention to ensure the utmost confidentiality and security of the same.

It should be noted that to ensure efficiency and professionalism, Zogno&Associati uses not only internal subjects but also external ones. As a result, personal data may be communicated to employees and/or collaborators responsible for managing the Site and the information that is collected through it, as well as entities such as IT, outsourcing or cloud computing service providers, professionals and consultants. These individuals will retain the personal data of the Users in accordance with the Applicable Regulations and the Users are entitled to request to receive a list of any processors appointed by Zogno&Partners.

Finally, given the type of activity carried out and the services offered by Zogno&Partners, the data provided could also be communicated abroad, however within the limits of what strictly necessary in order to fulfill the assignments assigned by the User. In this case, you will be free to express your preference in relation to the transfer of data abroad. Please note that without the consent, Zogno&Partners may not be able to guarantee the full execution of your request.

Personal data is not used in any way by Zogno&Associati for profiling purposes.

Optionality of submission of data and Users’ rights

Apart from the browsing data, Users are free to provide personal data through the forwarding of e-mails in order to receive newsletters and other information material, i.e. invitations to cultural and educational events or to submit your application through the submission of CVs.

Users, pursuant to the Applicable Regulations, are granted the exercise of the rights recognized to them by the latter. Specifically, each User, in relation to the personal data that concerns them, can:

  • ask for confirmation of whether or not the same data exists and request to know the content, the purpose of its use, the expected duration of their retention and/or the criteria used to determine it;
  • withdraw the consent;
  • oppose to the processing or ask for the same to be restricted;
  • Ask for the rectification, integration and/or updating of the same;
  • Receive his/her data or have it transferred to another controller;
  • Request access to personal data and/or deletion of the same;
